Orly Wahba founded Life Vest Inside to spread kindness around the world.
She chose the name after hearing about the tragic death of 7 year old girl she knew. Soon afterwards she was travelling by air and noticed a sign that said ‘Life Vest Inside’.
Orly focused on the qualities of such a Life Vest. It had the ability to help us to stay afloat, even when buffeted by strong waves.
She saw that kindness had the ability to help each of us to develop this inner strength. So she decided to focus on giving and passing on kindness.

Spreading kindness and goodwill through the sharing of Acts of Kindness Cards, connecting users to various inspirational media material and through Social Emotional Learning Programs LVI create and provide exciting and accessible kindness experiences.
Life Vest Inside is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to spreading kindness, helping people recognize their potential, and building self-esteem.
LVI’s programs, such as its kindness education curriculum and social media application, aim to inspire acts of kindness, charity, and human connection.
Many people lack the self-esteem necessary to cope with the challenges the world puts in front of them.
At LVI, we help to build self-esteem in the belief that once people see the value within themselves, they will begin to see that value in others.
This behavior becomes self-perpetuating, and spurs an “upward spiral” of kindness.
