Sometimes you may focus on doing things that are wonderful. These may be experiences that lift your spirits or give you positive energy. Sometimes you may also experience a sense of wonder.

Sometimes you may aim to help other people to have wonderful experiences. You may aim to encourage people or do things that can provide them with positive memories for life.

But sometimes you may do things that prove to be a waste of energy for yourself or other people. These could include spending time with negative people, trying to persuade the unpersuadable or doing unnecessary things that drain energy.
