Imagine that you want to put a name to the professional role you play. One approach is to focus on the work you love to do where you may aim to help people, find solutions to challenges or deliver positive results. It is then to explore the following themes.

“I am a mediator. I help people to build on what they have in common and find solutions to conflicts.”
